After you place your order, you will be taken to an order confirmation screen where you will have the option to select to receive order updates by email or text message.  Next, you will receive an email confirming your order and payment. If you do not see a confirmation email in your inbox and use you use Gmail check your "Promotions" tab, otherwise search your email for "Scooper Cleaner". In that confirmation email, you will see a button you can click to check the status of your order. Once, your order ships, you will receive another email OR a text message with tracking information.

Don't worry, some of our products are shipped from a different warehouse and possibly a different carrier in order to get your items to you as quickly as possible. So that's why you may not receive all your items in the same delivery.

We thought the same thing when we first starting using our metal cat litter scooper. But we soon learned that it has a couple flaws when it comes to cleaning a cat litter scooper. First, it has trouble getting the debris out from between the forks or other crevices. The Scooper Cleaner's teeth get in between the forks to push the debris out. Secondly , standard scrapers are usually thin and made of an alloy, not stainless steel so they are weaker, harder to wipe clean and rust very easily.

Nope! The Scooper Cleaner's blade is stainless steel so debris just slides right off with a disinfectant wipe or by running some water over it in a utility sink then wiping with a paper towel. Your litter scooper is not likely stainless steel so that's why the litter debris does not come off easily even if you coat it with cooking spray as the manufacturers recommend.

Good question! To ensure the handle is ergonomic, we made it bit rounded and not completely flat, so it does not stick well to the gel pad. Make sure you stick the blade to the gel pad instead.
